Your service representative answers the call and the switch dials the customers phone number.
Finally, your service representative and the customer are connected.

The phone calls are connectd within 4 to 8 seconds.

To order you will need a GLOBALTEL ACCOUNT. If you are an existing customer, you need only send a CallMeNow request form. This form will indicate the location on you website that you want CallMeNow feature installed.

If you are not a customer, you open a GlobalTel account and then send your CallMeNow request form.
