Why use CallMeNow on a website?
CallMeNow is designed to enable your sales representatives to easily communicate with prospective customers before ordering your products or services. Surveys show that 30% to 40% of prospective customers want to speak to an agent or representative just before they place an order. A well designed website answers most questions but many customers still want to talk to a knowledgeable person prior to making the order for services final. CallMeNow facilitates communications between customers and vendors.

  How CallMeNow Works?
  1. The customer clicks on the CallMeNow button and enters their phone number.
  2. The website sends the customers phone number to GlobalTel's switching center, and immediately initiates a call to a specific phone number at your company.
  3. Your service representative answers the call and the switch dials the customers phone number.
  4. Finally, your service representative and the customer are connected.

The phone calls are connectd within 4 to 8 seconds.

To order you will need a GLOBALTEL ACCOUNT. If you are an existing customer, you need only send a CallMeNow request form. This form will indicate the location on you website that you want CallMeNow feature installed.

If you are not a customer, you open a GlobalTel account and then send your CallMeNow request form.
